The Space:

Cottage Row Retreat is a spacious property with wheelchair accessibility, a concrete garage ramp, and private elevator access to all three floors, making it a great fit for multigenerational families and guests with varying mobility needs. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. With three floors, three porches, multiple living areas, and plenty of indoor seating, there’s room for everyone to spread out. Read in the main-level sunroom, watch the game in the lower-level family room, relax in the secluded “blue room” with fireplace and massage chair, or enjoy the back deck overlooking the Niagara Escarpment.



Outdoor enthusiast? Use one of our bikes to pedal to the Marina, Sunset Beach, or Peninsula State Park. The home is also walkable to downtown Fish Creek and the Door Community Auditorium. Make meals for the whole group in the restaurant-inspired gourmet kitchen and gather around the large dining table with seating for up to 15. Cozy up by one of two gas fireplaces on cooler days, or enjoy the star-filled sky at night.

- Bedroom 4: Lower Level, 1 Queen bed and Bunk Bed with Twin over Double bed. Top bunk has guard rail or bumper available (stored under bunk bed).

- Game Room: Lower Level, next to bedroom #4, has a twin size pull out couch

- Spacious kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with luxury GE Monogram collection premium appliances including refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, stove, oven, heating shelf, mounted range hood, microwave, wine/beer fridge and dishwasher.

- Also available are pots, pans, baking dishes/sheets, tea kettle, toaster, crock pot, insta-pot, electric beater, Food Ninja smoothie maker, other basic cooking supplies, dishes, serve-wear, utensils, glassware, cocktail/wine glasses, coffee mugs, etc.

- Traditional drip coffee pot and bean grinder. Keurig also offered, please bring your own pods

- Large dining room table and chairs to accommodate 15 people

The Bluffs at Cottage Row Court hosts a handful of townhouses set up against the beautiful bluffs of Fish Creek. Private feel, yet close to everything you came to Door County to experience. Light posts on the street provide ample light for walking at night.



This luxury condo is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.



Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.



Other Things to Note:

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
