Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas, this spacious home is packed with features to make your stay extra special. Enjoy ducted air conditioning, Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, a coffee machine and plenty of space to unwind with family and friends.

Step outside and discover the undercover entertaining area, along with two additional outdoor relaxation spaces and a fire pit – perfect for enjoying long summer evenings or gathering together after a day exploring the coast. There’s also off-street parking, access to the double garage and an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off the salt and sand after a refreshing swim.

The second living area, which also doubles as a study, includes a double sofa bed to accommodate an additional two guests. Linen is provided and stored in the sofa bed compartment; however, please note this bed will not be made up prior to arrival.

Perfectly positioned, just a 6-minute walk from Fingal Bay Beach, you’re also within easy walking distance of Longboat Café and Saltwater Restaurant at Fingal Beach Surf Club. Note: Note: NO smoking at this property. No pets. We actively enforce a no party / no schoolies / no excessive noise policy. It is located in a quiet residential area and any noise complaints will result in eviction with no refund.

The Bay Holiday Properties reserves the right to add a Security Deposit to any booking at our discretion and at any time prior to check-in. You will be notified in writing of this Security Deposit. If the Security Deposit is not paid, you will not be given access to the property. The Security Deposit will be refunded once you have vacated and the property has been checked and cleaned.
