Only complaint is when site offers to reserve the room and pay upon arrival, but then to confirm the reservation, it always charges the card, even though was promised it would not. Otherwise, the cost is good.

I was charged a higher amount then I booked for. When I let the person know and showed them the receipt of what I booked for, she said she can't do anything about and the manager would have to call to fix it when she comes in. The manager didn't call. I called back the next day and asked what happened, and she said oh she would leave another note and the manager would call. The manager again didn't call. I called another time and this time the manager answered, knew the issue, but said I would have to call Expedia for them to call her so she can fix it. I called Expedia and she told them to email her then she would fix it. She still didn't fix it. I had to call Expedia again, and this time, finally when they called and spoke to her again, she finally fixed it. It looks 5 calls for me to ake for them to finally fix the issue of overcharging me. Be aware of extra charges from this hotel, and a lot of wasted time just go get it fixed.

Really great, cleaning, spacious, modern hotel. Staff was great. Great hotel to be rated only 2.5 star. Should be at least a 3 or 4. This hotel looks better than a lot of 4 star hotels I have stayed at.

This was the perfect spot for my family for a quick weekend stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were so helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious and hot, and the pool kept everyone entertained! Jim at the front desk was so kind and let us have late check out for some extra swim time after our plans for the day got rained out. Thank you, Jim!
