The Parade Apartment

  • There is plenty to keep you entertained on this holiday complex, including an indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, tennis court and pub.. All on the First Floor:

    Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine

    Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

    Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot. Welcome pack.. 2 small dogs welcome. On road parking. No smoking. Please note: There is a lake in the grounds, 750 yards away.

    Shared on-site facilities: Indoor heated swimming pool (20m x 8m, depth 1.4m, open 8.45am-8.45pm). Sauna. Gym. Tennis court. Children’s play area.. The Parade Apartment is a first floor, one bedroom apartment perfect for couples and is situated on The Bay at Filey. This apartment also gives you access to the facilities on-site, including a large, heated indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, café and a pub that serves traditional pub meals. The Bay is a large holiday complex close to the seaside resort of Filey and from the complex you can walk along the beach to Filey or there is a local bus service. Filey has a large supermarket as well as plenty of restaurants, bars and shops.



    The apartment also makes a perfect base to visit this beautiful area, from the wonderful North Yorkshire Moors National Park to the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds. Just along the coast there’s the RSPB bird sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs where you can see the puffins perched on the cliffs. This whole coastline is full of nature reserves and wildlife. The seaside towns of Scarborough, Bridlington and Whitby are just a short drive away. Beach 600 yards. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant on-site.

Convenient and comfortable

Everything we needed was there. Very clean, apart from the oven that needed a good clean out. Plenty of fresh towels. Convenient.

Absolutely amazing had a fantastic week such a quiet peaceful place to stay it was mid week break and kids at school so relaxing great place to stay for a base ideal for visiting filey Brid Scarborough and all the little places about will book again in the future home from home

Clean and cosy apartments with everything you need for a few days away. Great base to explore the surrounding area of the East coast. We enjoyed lovely walks a long the beach, Filey, Scarborough, Whitby and Beverly.

The bathroom let it down cleanliness was just about acceptable felt pots and pans kitchen utensils could of been cleaner
