The breakfast had a wide range of options to choose from and was excellent. Older style but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a good selection and fresh. Would recommend and would stay again. They have a really nice and popular restaurant (I recommend booking, especially on weekends as it is packed) and a cute breakfast space. Wow, what a surprise! Post card views of the Tuscan landscapes, beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean, authentic design with an incredible team. Nico and Lucia were wonderful! This was a quiet, laid back family hotel. Our breakfasts in the garden patio were special. Having La Bugia nestled into this hotel with Claudio’s beautiful creations made it the perfect fit for us! We already have plans to come back, and use this as a base to explore the region more, next year! Only thing that could be improved is the lights in room as they are dim and comfortable but make it hard to read. Another minor shortcoming is that there is only one outlet next to the bed for the lamp however users of a cpap breathing machine now have to choose between light or breathing machine power. The personel was very friendly and helpful. However, the room next door had poor sound insulation on the night I stayed, which slightly affected my sleep quality.
