Ognuna delle tre camere da letto ha un bagno en suite. Il complesso è di ottimo gusto e molto funzionale. Vi è anche una lavanderia distaccata dal corpo principale, con lavatrice, asciugatrice e un ulteriore frigo-congelatore.Gli esterni sono molto fruibili e dotati di attrezzature da giardino di design.
