"The hotel closed the pool for chlorine during the day - on a day when the red flags were up at the beach which means no swimming. Really poor planning. You can chlorinate the pool any time, to do it in the middle of the day is dumb. We only stayed for 3 nights so it was disappointing."

"Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues.
