"Staff was very nice and helped us with some basics after our luggage didn't arrive with us on our flight. The hotel itself is definitely older and a bit run down, but for an airport hotel it was exactly what was needed. The shuttle was fast which was greatly appreciated."

"Upon checking in we were told that the AC was not working but we would be able to open the window and could have a fan for the room. We had already paid for our room so we continued with the booking. We get up to our room and the window are screwed shut. We call and maintained comes and opens it for us to quickly realize that we are right next to a train which is unbearably loud. It was too hot in the room even with the fan and window open for us. Staff was really nice and never showed frustration with helping us, but it really affected our sleep not to have working air. Staff allowed us to move rooms away from the train which helped a bit, but overall I would not stay again."
