We especially loved that beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach essentials were provided, which made everything so easy and convenient. We had a great experience and will definitely be back!"

"Despite the fact that the ceiling fan and the bedside table lamp in the second bedroom were both inoperable, this is a great condo. The pool is amazing and the pier is delightful. Loved my week here so much. The kitchen is great and the furniture in the living room is comfortable and cozy. The balcony furniture is also the BEST. Loved my stay and would come again. Just so wonderful in every way. Thank you for the very week and all the happy memories"

"The location is one of the very best on the island!! The view is fabulous from the balcony…beautiful pool…amazing pier…terrific boardwalk to the beach and the beach has soft sand and comfortable spacing. The condo is very well stocked with kitchen and beach items. We liked the key card system.The condo is in need of some upgrades. The mattresses in the 2nd bedroom need to be replaced. The master mattress is great! The faucet in master bathroom is crudely and you could cut your hand on the spout. Neither sliding door would lock.We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to Amelia by the Sea."
