It has a surface area of 140 m² and can accommodate up to 12 guests. This lovely property comprises a 40 m² living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 2,200 m² garden. Wi-Fi is included — we look forward to welcoming you! On the ground floor, you will find: \- A 40 m² living room with a smart TV, fireplace and seating area \- A separate kitchen equipped with an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher and a hob. \- A dining room \- Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. \- A separate toilet \- A sleeping area with space for a baby's cot and changing table. On the first floor, you will find: \- Bedroom 2, which is located on a closed mezzanine with glass partitions. This bedroom has a double bed (140x190) and a TV. \- Bedroom 3 has a double bed (140x190). \- A sleeping area (Bedroom 4) with a double bed (140 x 190 cm). \- Bedroom 5 with two bunk beds (90x190), sleeping four \- A bathroom with a shower \- Separate toilet For added comfort, the owners have provided a barbecue, a high chair, a washing machine, a baby bed, an iron and an ironing board. The large private driveway allows travellers to park in complete peace of mind, with space for six or more vehicles.
