Located just minutes from Pier Cove beach and a short ten-minute drive to downtown Saugatuck/Douglas this home features the best of tranquility & outdoor beauty while being just minutes from all of the in town action. The main level of Chateau Soda offers an open-concept kitchen/dining/living indoor space with floor to ceiling windows to bring the outside in and is the perfect place for your whole group to share a meal or just enjoy an evening in. Off the kitchen the sliding glass doors lead to an outdoor living space complete with a hot tub fire pit & hammock. The second floor features a large master bedroom (king bed) with en suite bathroom along with another large bedroom (king bed) with detached bathroom. This level also boasts a loft space open to below and sliding doors leading to a second story deck for yet another place to take in the beautiful outdoor surroundings. The lower level of this home offers two additional bedrooms (one with twin over queen bunk and one with king bed) which share a Jack and Jill style bathroom. This home is the perfect place to relax & recharge! Patio cushions are seasonal.
