"Was not greeted by a person at the check in desk, instead I was greeted by a screen with an agent in a call center somewhere to check in. Room was clean-ish. Refrigerator was broken. Phone in the room did not work. Shortly after arriving I got the standard “welcome…text us if you need anything” text message. Mentioned we needed some more towels. No response. Eventually we went down and saw someone’s else getting their own towels from a cabinet so we grabbed some too. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was conveniently located right off the freeway. I would not stay again when visiting the area."

"We've stayed here many times, being one of the first customers when they first opened. The location is 10 out of 10. The property itself is 9 out of 10. They need to do some upkeep inside. Our room was pretty good except - the bathroom shower needs attention. Needs new caulking and a thorough deep cleaning. The refrigerator in our room sounded like Darth Vadar ALL night. It took a bit to get the AC regulated, but we finally did. The most annoying thing was our room key - we had to get it replaced all 3 days we were there. They kept saying "you can't put it near electronics like your phone" - we didn't!! It was an easy fix, BUT they needed BOTH cards each time, it was just a hassle when you're trying to get into your room after a long day. We will return for sure, but this was our experience THIS visit."

The front desk individuals or employees are so friendly they make you feel like you’re at your own home. There’s not enough I can say about this property. They deserve the hospitality award of the year."

"Defiantly not the old willow valley resort. Overpriced. They did away with the hot tub in the pool area. They did away with the slide in the kids pool area. No more geese in the ponds. They don’t even off breakfast as part of a package with your room. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Rooms to high though. Not enough amenities anymore. You can stay at tru by Hilton for the same price and get breakfast and more for your money."
