On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining room features ceiling heights ranging from 180 to 220 cm, with a low door height of 180 cm, and is furnished with a dining table for shared meals. Adjacent to it, the large, open kitchen is equipped with a cooking island and 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, making it ideal for preparing home-cooked meals. The ground floor also includes a bath, shower, and WC, as well as direct access to both the terrace and the patio. The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, features a walk-through room with ceiling heights between 180 and 190 cm. This level houses 3 bedrooms: 1 small children's room fitted with 1 bunk bed in a 2x2 configuration (90 cm wide, 200 cm in length), and 2 double bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Beautiful wooden floors extend throughout the property, adding warmth and character to the overall interior.
