Es ist sehr ruhig. Direkt nebenan sind dennoch ein paar nette Restaurants, Bars und Kaffees. Durch die Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustür kann man theoretisch auch ohne Auto anreisen, abends kann man dann mit Taxi oder Fahrrad verkehren. Auch für Autofahrer hätte man (im September) in der Nähe einen Parkplatz gefunden. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist allerdings eine Weile weg. Unser Urlaub war sehr gelungen und schön, vor allem durch diese nette Unterkunft im schönen Lemkenhafen. Die Luft war sehr abgestanden, tote Asseln und Spinnen lagen herum, und als ich angerufen habe, weil die bestellte Bettwäsche und die Handtücher nicht da waren, wurden diese zwar geliefert, aber statt der Bettwäsche, drei Laken. Als ich wieder angerufen habe, wurde ich nicht verstanden, also haben wir uns eben mit drei Bettlaken beholfen. Die Heizung war auch nicht angeschaltet, so dass die Wohnung sehr sehr kalt war. ##### Ines H. Auch die Ausstattung hat für die Zeit vollkommen ausgereicht. Unkomplizierter Check in und out durch die Schlüsselbox. Für uns gab es dennoch ein paar kleine Makel.- Unklar, wo die Parkplätze sind, die zur Verfügung stehen. - Bettdecken im Winter etwas zu dünn.- Strom wird extra abgerechnet, leider kann man den Stromzähler nirgends einsehen. Hätten wir uns bei den elektronischen Heizungen sehr gewünscht.- Mülltonnen zur Müllentsorgung beim Auschecken nicht ersichtlich.Wir hätten uns generell eine Beschreibung mit ein paar Ablaufpunkten/Informationen in der FeWo gewünscht. ##### Adrienne K. Problem war nur, dass die Kommunikation mit der Objektverwaltung sehr schwierig war und z.B. keine Antworten auf Mails und sogar das Wäschepaket wurde vergessen. Außerdem war die Wohnung leider nicht komplett sauber. Überall lagen tote Kellerasseln rum. Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt in Illas Koje. Lemkenhafen ist ein niedlicher Ort an dem man wirklich zur Ruhe kommt. Fehmarn strahlt generell eine Grundruhe aus und die Sonnenuntergänge am Lütten sind ein Traum. Die Wohnung ist alles in Allem wirklich niedlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Leiter zum Hochbett ist wirklich hoch und steil wie beschrieben auch nichts für kleinere Kinder. Meine 12 jährigen Zwillinge haben da oben aber gut schlafen können. Auch das Schlafsofa ging wirklich gut. Kontakt zum Objektverwalter war unkompliziert und nett. Durch das Alter des Gebäudes und dem fehlenden Fenster im Bad kam es unangenehmen Gerüchen. Ging aber nach einem Tag und mit Spülen der Dusche dann relativ gut. Leider gab es auch ein paar Krabbeltierchen. Die Eingangstür ist ziemlich veraltet und das Schloss lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das tut aber der Wohnung keinen Abbruch. Ein Tipp noch: Gut wäre eine Beschilderung des Parkplatzes und wo die Mülltonnen stehen. Ob wir jetzt richtig geparkt haben weiß ich nicht und den Müll haben wir mitgenommen. Aber trotzdem kann man guten Gewissens 4 von 5 Sterne geben. ##### Jessica W. Wir sind beide ü 60 und eigentlich sehr fit, die Leiter zum Hochbett war aber so steil und hoch(im 90 Grad Winkel), dass wir lieber auf dem ausziehbaren Schlafsofa genächtigt haben. Ansonsten eine tolle Idee mit dem Hochbett, für uns aber ungeeignet. Glücklicherweise gab es die Ausweichmöglichkeit. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit unsere E-bikes sicher anzuschließen, also blieb uns nur sie über Nacht auf dem abschließbaren Fahrradträger zu sichern oder mit in die kleine Wohnung zu nehmen, beides nicht optimal, deshalb gibt es nur 4 Sterne. ##### Sabine Carmen S. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Das Hochbett und Sofa sind beide sehr bequem. Man sollte sich ein paar Hausschuhe mitnehmen, weil der Boden etwas kalt ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet, wir haben jeden Tag gekocht und nichts vermisst. Wir haben uns gefreut, dass es kein Problem war, unseren Hund mitzunehmen. Das ist gar nicht so leicht, da etwas Passendes zu finden, besonders, wenn der Hund kein Schoßhund ist :) Die beiden Infrarotheizkörper haben die Wohnung auch kuschelig warm werden lassen. Ich persönlich war auch von dem Hochbett begeistert. Ich gebe zu: man muss gelenkig sein, um es zu nutzen, aber wenn man erstmal oben ist, fühlt man sich wie ein Vogel im Nest. ##### Anne-Christin L. Aber: es gibt keine Heizung im Wohnbereich. im Winter reicht der kleine, laut klappernde Heizlüfter einfach nicht, um den Wohnbereich zu wärmen. Insofern war unser Aufenthalt leider getrübt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Dorf in Dorfplatz und hat ab morgens7:00 Uhr Regenverkehr auf der Straße und drum herum .Sie hat auch einen schönen Garten davor, in dem eine Sitzgarnitur steht um Kaffee zu trinken,alles in allem , Ganz nett. Drum rum gibt es mehrere Restaurants,und eine Cocktail- Bar, einen Fahrradverleih, Eisdiele, mehrere Surf-Schulen und einem großen Segler Hafen und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. ##### Stefan M.
