The living/dining room is approximately 30 m² and features a comfortable seating area, smart TV, internet radio, a terrace with a beach chair, and attractive garden furniture.

The new fitted kitchen includes: an oven with a ceramic hob, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine, a kettle, a toaster, and ample kitchenware.

The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.

The master bedroom has a 180 cm wide box-spring bed, and the second bedroom also has a 160 cm wide box-spring bed. Both beds have mattresses with two different thicknesses for optimal sleeping comfort.
