A total of 4 residential units are for rent. This means that 4 friendly families families can holiday together on one property. Quietly situated slightly back from the road, the 88 square metre in Frisian house style offers lovingly and individually furnished holiday and individually furnished holiday accommodation. On the ground floor is the living/dining area with a well-equipped small open-plan kitchen small, open-plan kitchen, a separate utility room with a washing machine washing machine with integrated tumble dryer and a separate guest WC. On the upper floor, one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds invite you to a restful night's sleep. Die Buchung ging dann reibungslos per Mail mit Vertrag und allem über die Bühne und man ist sicher, dass man das Haus fest gebucht hat. Eine Anzahlung in Höhe des Mietpreises plus 100 Euro Kaution (Rückzahlung ca 1 Woche nach Rückgabe der Schlüssel und des Hauses) ist mit Vertragsunterzeichnung erforderlich. Bei Anreise nochmals unkomplizierte direkte Kontaktaufnahme mit Vermieter wegen des Schlüsselcodes, wo die Schlüssel hinterlegt ist. Am Haus eingetroffen auf den Hof gefahren, wo 4 Parkplätze für die zwei Doppelhaushälften parat stehen. Am Versorgungshäuschen ist dann der Schlüsseldepot. Das ganze Grundstück ist umzäunt, sehr gepflegt und die zwei wunderschöne Doppelhaushälften im nordischen Stil. Die Wohnung selber (wir waren zu dritt. Zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind mit sechs Jahren) war sehr grosszügig, mehr als sauber und gepflegt, die Möbel stilvoll und harmonisch, auch hier im nordischen Stil. Man kommt an und fühlt sich direkt wohl!!!! Das Haus besteht aus zwei Etagen. Im unteren Bereich helles Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und Zugang zur Terasse mit schönen Terassenmöbel, Liege und Grillmöglichkeit. Ausserdem befindet sich eine Gästetoilette und der Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine dort. Die Waschmaschine war für uns mega praktisch und hat den Urlaub auch entspannt ausklingen lassen, da wir nicht mit einem Wäscheberg nach Hause kamen. Küche ist auch gut eingerichtet und es ist auch hiernan viele kleine Details gedacht worden, die nicht immer üblich sind für eine Ferienwohnung. Im oberen Stockwerk dann die beiden gemütlichen Schlafräume und das grosse Bad mit toller Dusche und sogar Radio aus den Deckenlautsprechern. Alles in allem eine wunderschönes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Umgebung, ideal für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad, sehr netter Vermieter. Wenn es in einem Urlaub wieder Fehmarn wird, dann auch wieder ein Haus am Dorfteich bei Heiko und Ingo. Bereits mehrfach in den anderen Bewertungen angemerkt und hiermit von uns auch nochmal bestätigt: Der Gastgeber Heiko kümmert sich wirklich toll um seine Gäste, ist sehr freundlich und Tag und Nacht erreichbar. Noch zu erwähnen die gute Ausgangslage für Fahrradtouren, kurze Wege zu den Stränden, z.B. in Bojendorf oder Flügge. Weitere Empfehlung (ebenfalls gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen): Lemkenhafen mit dem Restaurant Aalkate oder auch Orth mit dem sehr netten Cafe Villa. Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Ingo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
