Die Lage ist direkt am alten Ortskern von Petersdorf, ruhig im Hinterhaus mit eigener Terrasse. Fußläufig zu erreichen sind die kleine Kaffeestube (Tipp!!!), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Bäcker sowie eine Pizzeria und ein Gasthof. Entgegen der Ausschreibung funktionierte das WLAN einwandfrei.Die Wohnung selbst Potential mit viel Luft nach oben. Vor allem die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Klebrige Flächen, verkalkter Wasserkocher und Kochtöpfe (die Kaffeemaschine haben wir gar nicht erst angesehen), verschmutzten Abflüssen, Haarballen von Hunden und hochgewachsenes Unkraut auf dem Zuweg und der Terrasse. Bei knapp 100 Euro für die Endreinigung war unsere Erwartungshaltung eine andere.Unser Tipp: einmal gründlich durchputzen inkl. Fenster, fehlende Rauchmelder ersetzen, waschbare Matratzenschoner, Unkraut jäten und Sitzkissen für die Terrasse. ##### Jutta N.
