Summary: Two separate homes located on the same property. The main house and the apartment above the garage both have their own entrances, but can be joined by opening up a door. Enjoy 3 living areas, 2 kitchens, large office, 4.5 bathrooms and 8 bedrooms with 12 beds. Next to a beautiful creek, Just minutes from the University of Arkansas, Dickson St and downtown. Includes a wrap around patio with outdoor dining, speakers, fire pit and grill. This property is ideal for corporate meeting or retreat. The Space: Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space right next to Hamstring Creek. The property is .4 acres and has an estate like feel. The large private office has 2 desks and boasts High speed internet. There are three master bedrooms with 3 king beds. All the bedrooms are very roomy and well equipped with comfortable beds and everything you need to relax. This listing is for 15 guests. Fifteen extra guests, up to 30 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given. The rooms are large and they have easy access to a bathroom. Everything was very clean. My family was on vacation with some of our extended family and being able to stay in a house that accommodate everyone's needs was wonderful. Staying in the house allowed for more family time than we would've had if we stayed at a hotel. The check in and out process was very easy. We had 10 adults and it fit us perfect. It is about 10 minutes to campus. Beautiful yard and patio. Love the creek running along the side. Kitchen is nicely stocked. Beds are very comfortable and it was super clean. We had 5 cars and the driveway fit them all. Communication was great too. Zero complaints. I will say one thing for future guests. My mom is elderly and currently has a broken foot. All bedrooms are upstairs except one which does not have a bathroom. There is only a half bath downstairs. I would not otherwise care about that. The house was clean and well-equipped. The yard and all of the great outside seating areas were wonderful for catching up. The floor plan is just huge, so the baby never was woken up by anyone's noise. We enjoyed the upper yard for Family Olympic Games and used the lower yard near the creek for professional photographs. The mattresses were all very comfortable and it was beautifully decorated. The only suggestion to make the property better would be to have more large bowls, 9x13 pans and cookie sheets for cooking. We had to get pretty creative with the few things we found. Would we come back to this property in the future? Definitely YES!!!
