Guest Access: This apartment is located in the basement portion of a home (that has a full time tenant) designed especially for a separate exterior entrance apartment. The apartment is around 1300 sq. feet on one level and has a front entrance with porch seating. A code will be provided to access the apartment. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. A parking pass for one vehicle will be provided. Any additional vehicles will need to pay for parking. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit. Other Things to Note: This property is not suiteable for children under 12 years of age. PARKING: We only provide ONE parking pass for ONE car. Additional parking can be found directly in front of the house on the opposite side of the street, parking with the flow of traffic. Guests can use the ParkMobile app to pay for parking. If the parking pass is not returned upon check-out, you will be charged a $300 replacement fee. Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout. Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in. The house was like new and very comfortable our our family. Easy walks to campus and Dickson St. There is a park across the street with a nice trail as well. Enjoyed our time! ##### Jeb M. They loved being able to walk to the basketball court and Wilson Park pool! I enjoyed walking the trail a couple of times a day! We were also so close that we walked to dinner at Hammontree’s! Except quiet. The apartment is the bottom floor of the owner’s house. They get up very early and the foot noise was loud. The rest of the day was fine because we were awake.
