Welcome to Hilltop Haven! Our 3-story townhome has 3 private bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large living space, a fully stocked kitchen and two patios! On the second floor you will find our open concept living room and kitchen. The living room is the perfect setting for enjoy the cozy couch, large smart tv, gas fireplace, and play a board game! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to create your favorite dishes on vacation. This space also has a large dining table with seating for 6! The patio off the living room has seating and great views of north Fayetteville. The patio space on the ground floor can be accessed through the garage and has additional seating and a grill! When it is time to turn in for the night choose between our 3 bedrooms all located on the 3rd floor: 1) Primary suite with a King size bed, full private bathroom with large shower & tub, closet, and Smart TV. 2) Queen bedroom, with a desk/vanity, closet, and a nearby bathroom. 3) Queen bedroom with a closet and a nearby bathroom. Guest Access: Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. The reasons for the 4 stars was the height of the guest beds. My 73 year old mother could not get onto one of them and the other bed was only slightly lower. My son had to use that room which meant lots of pillow around him to ensure he would not roll off. The other reason was the difficulty with the fireplace lighting, then after maintenance came to fix it the a piece if tile fell off the mantel( there were already two pieces missing) after it was on for a while. This greatly dissuaded us from wanting to turn it on again.Management was super helpful and very responsive but there was nothing that could be done during our stay about the super high beds which meant constant checking on my little guy during the night. I would love to come back to this property, but will probably have to check if the bed and the chimney issues were resolved. We spent a lovely time there during Christmas, baking cookies and enjoying the living area. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home. ##### Yesenia D. Pics of property looked great, but it was still a pleasant surprise to find such a great property! We enjoyed the balcony and sitting by the fire.
