Attentive host company, fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Perfect for families, professionals, or party-goers visiting. I was here a week and had a marvelous time. The only thing to mention is that the place is next to some loud bars (including a piano bar), so if you’re a sensitive sleeper and go to bed before midnight, you may have a hard time. ##### Matthew B. We were in town for a wedding and within walking distance of all the festivities. The property manager was so attentive and asked if we ever needed anything. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Fayetteville and want easy access to the UA campus, Dickson Street, downtown Fayetteville and the green belt. But if you're a Hog fan, a must stay. Hog decor is awesome and proximity to basketball/football stadiums and surrounding amenities is perfect! ##### Michael B. This is such a great location. It’s a lively area and this place is just cool. The decks are amazing, the furnishings are sharp, it’s dog friendly, and has an awesome UofA vibe. Management was helpful. The only thing I would change is they requested a form 3 hours before checkin to avoid cancellation. Wish that could’ve been taken care of days before instead of the day I’m trying to travel. No biggie at all, just a small detail I’d have rather dealt with earlier.
