Hot tub private Oasis Summary: Spacious 4 bedroom - 2.5 bath home located in the middle of Fayetteville with amazing views. This home is set on 7 private acres in the heart of Fayetteville. Watch deer and squirrels play as you catch sunset views (great for storm watching too). Centrally located with quick access to I-49 as well as downtown Fayetteville. The house has been recently remodeled and has brand new king and queen beds and appliances/floors. The house has a brand new hot tub as well with amazing views off of it. The Space: The house is a spacious 3,200 square feet. It has 4 bedrooms. One king bedroom and one full bedroom upstairs. Both bedrooms upstairs have panoramic views off of them. The downstairs has a king bedroom and another queen bedroom. Downstairs, in the game room, are 2 - twin over full bunk beds as well. There is ample space to spread out across the property with a huge outdoor deck and multiple outdoor seating areas. Enjoy amazing views and peaceful nature right in the middle of Fayetteville, close and convenient to everything! We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.
