- "Super stylish", "very comfortable", "great location" are just a few of the comments from previous guests. This beautiful, new construction is now under new management. We are the homeowners, which means we take great pride in this property. Our home boasts King size beds in 3 of the 4 bedrooms and blackout drapes in all of the bedrooms. Our home is a short distance from the University of Arkansas, downtown, and world famous bicycle trails. Welcome home!

This property was perfect for our Fayetteville weekend getaway. Perfectly located. Safe neighborhood. The 3 king beds was one of the best features. 2 family's and we had ample amount of space.
