Hotel Santa Justa Lisboa

"We stayed here 3 nights and it was in the center of everything. We were able to walk from the hotel to the water, dinner, Alfama, the Santa Justa Lift, the train station (to get to Sintra) and more. If you need anything at all it’s steps away! The staff were friendly and they have a bar on site. The hotel itself is clean and they gave cute welcome snacks. Breakfast buffet is super convenient in their restaurant (fruit, yogurt. Bacon, toast, cheeses, meats, coffee, juices, etc). The only two slightly negative comments are that you are in the middle of the city life so if there is a truck pulling in to make a delivery or fix something at 6a you will hear it outside your room. We heard people out partying until midnight and then the workers at 6am. However, they were only there one of the mornings so we survived! The other is that it has a simple room and is not super modern or luxurious- so make sure you have reasonable expectations. But it’s clean so that was important to us. It is a great hotel. We really enjoyed it and recommend it for travelers looking to have easy access to everything Lisbon has to offer."

"Stunning hotel. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Everyone was kind and pleasant. Rooms felt a bit tight but likely just because we booked the most basic one. Location is phenomenal- just steps away from the main Avenida but still private with a more relaxed vibe. Spa access was a huge highlight!"

"All hotel staff except the manager were pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the online chat with property was not responsive at all. The property had a good breakfast. FYI, the hotel shuttle from the ¹airport to the property is 50 euros, and a taxi is 12 euros. The air conditioner in the room was not functioning. The manager was cranky about it, stating it couldn't be fixed until the next day and that he couldn't switch us to a different room. When I went to the front desk to talk about it, another room became available."

"Loved the stay here. There was no daily service, make beds, change towels, etc and it was not explained well during check in or we didn't understand. We ran out of the toilet paper and came close to running out of hand soap and body wash. Needed to go ask for more which was completed by the time we returned to our room but not ideal so make sure to ask often to avoid any issues ;)"
