"This is such an exquisite historic hotel. There are inconveniences of being a historic hotel such as minimal outlets and the rooms are not as much of a presentation as the main areas however there are so many fantastic things about the hotel. The convenience of being next to the river walk and Alamo was awesome. The staff and I mean all of the staff go above and beyond for guests. The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming and everything is so clean and cared for. I loved my stay so much. I look forward to going there again soon. If there is anything that is disappointing it would be that the city allowed high rise hotels to suffocate the atmosphere and ambience of such a historic city "
