Parking space included!<br><br>The Space <br>The villa, measuring approximately 103 square metres, is surrounded by a private garden and, during the summer months only, features a wooden table with chairs and a beach umbrella. <br><br>The interior layout is as follows: <br>- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses; <br>- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, and TV; <br>- BEDROOM I with a double bed, chest of drawers, and closet; <br>- BEDROOM II with two single beds that can be joined, an armchair, and a closet; <br>- BATHROOM with sink, bathtub, shower, bidet, and toilet; <br>- GARDEN. <br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent gas heating, three portable fans, washing machine (in the bathroom), clothesline, iron, and ironing board. <br>Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).<br><br>Please note that you must climb some steps to access the cottage. <br><br>One outdoor parking space is available in the garden, suitable for compact cars.<br><br>There is no air conditioning.<br><br>Guest access <br>The entire cottage is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.<br><br>Other details to note <br>Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Fano, which is EUR 1.30 per night per person for the first 14 nights.
