We stayed for a weekend with our family (children aged 10 and 16), and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire hotel was immaculate, from the public areas to the bedrooms. Last minute break . Booked 4 nights and we loved it so much we extended our stay . New hotel ( it runs extremely smoothly ) rooms are well equipped . We had an ocean front … worth the extra the view is priceless . Staff very attentive and nothing to much trouble. Loads and I mean loads of upmarket sun loungers by the pool . Breakfast has a good selection, something to suit everyone . We ate lunch at the pool bar most days . Good menu and the food was always hot and fresh ,,

Staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is in a lovely quiet position and easy walking distance to main resort of Protaras. Nice long walks along the coast both ways but take trainers for rough ground. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Took half board option and staff in dining room very helpful in identifying gluten free options, including providing gluten free bread. Good range of food but would have liked to see more Greek pastries on offer at night. Easy to switch...

Fantastic hotel in a great location in protaras. Staff are amazing and very friendly. Huge breakfast selection available . Hotel really clean .the only downside is the rooms are not soundproofed as stated you can fully hear your neighbours next door.

First impressions were good , clean hotel and room , friendly staff and very relaxed . First evening we went for dinner and found it odd to not be greeted at restaurant doors or shown to a table or for someone to explain about dinner options Drink choices were very limited but what we did drink was good quality . Nice people, hotel has great facilities, wife enjoyed spa

The hotel manager was excellent and upgraded us to a junior suite as we had a child wit us. Konstantin the porter was amazing and really made an effort with us when we arrived and left. This was a last minute find, but was so happy with the choice. Hope the good service continues!

Food and restaurant choice was excellent. Cleaning was first class and all staff were friendly and efficient. Beach and grounds were clean and well kept. The pools were very clean.

Sunrise pearl is excellent. It is a top hotel on the best beach in Cyprus. It is also on the best part of the strip and so we can walk everywhere. The staff and quality was very good. The room cleaning was top notch. We had a very nice stay. Highly recommended. My only complaint would be that the jacuzzi in the adult pool did not come on very often. It seemed to operate only once or twice a day.
