Protaras Villa Angela Nefeli

10/10 Excellent

"- Service person Daniela very responsive and effective - Very lovely garden and terrace - Well-equipped - Quite comfortable - Supply coated (!) frying pan - Making lighting more cozy"

5 bedroom Beachfront Villa

8/10 Good

"This property has so much potential. It’s in one of the best locations with everything at your fingertips - beach, restaurants, bars all within a few minutes walk. The sea view from the pool area is just stunning. The property was clean and the hosts ‘My Exclusive Villas’ were excellent. It is an expensive villa and you are paying for location and view. It’s spacious with 5 bedrooms and you have your privacy with all rooms being en- suite. However it is in no shape or form a luxury villa which we expected for the price. The inside is tired, it has old furniture which is worn and scratched. An old cooker which has seen better days. Small lumpy pillows, a dirty unusable BBQ. Grass area where the sun loungers are isn’t kept well and the grass is jaggy and difficult to walk on. No parasols so you can’t get shade lying on a sun lounger. You need to move to the terrace. Small things like that which is such a pity.We loved our holiday though and would definitely use ‘My Exclusive Villas’ again as they were excellent. They responded quickly to any issues we had. Overall, it’s a big villa with a great view but very run down and in need of a complete overhaul outside and inside."

ABDERA - 4bed Villa located in the centre of Kapparis

8/10 Good

"Nice villa with 4bedrooms and 3bathrooms and swimming-pool. Some areas and furniture would need a reconstruction but still comfortable if not much comfort and high-end technology required. Very appreciated approach of Villas2Let - there were some problems and claims at the beginning but all was fixed promptly, thank you."

Royal Beachfront Villa - Steps from the Beach

10/10 Excellent

"We had the pleasure of spending a week at the Royal Beachfront Villa – simply fantastic! Location & Surroundings: Right by the sea – it doesn&rsquot get any better. Two stunning bays are just a few minutes’ walk away: • One with a lovely beach bar and sun loungers – perfect for relaxing. • The other, more natural and ideal for snorkeling in crystal-clear water. Restaurants and shops are also within easy walking distance, and the locals are incredibly warm and service-minded. The Villa: Spacious and ideal for families or groups – we were eight people and had plenty of room. The garden with the large pool is a real highlight, and those who enjoy jogging will find beautiful coastal paths right outside the door. Amenities: The villa is well equipped and offers everything you need. Organization: Booking, check-in and communication via WhatsApp were smooth and easy. Everything was perfectly organized – straightforward and professional. Conclusion: A truly wonderful place to relax and unwind – perfect location, excellent service, and a feel-good atmosphere all around. We&rsquod love to come back! A small downside: only three wine glasses . Most of the beds are 1.40 m wide (except in the master bedroom) and a bit on the soft side – but that didn&rsquot affect our enjoyment in the slightest."
