"This was the cutest cottage and we enjoyed staying here. The garden in back was amazing and I really wished we had more time to enjoy it. There is a firepit to enjoy and hanging lights throughout the backyard. The main bedroom was very comfortable. The bathroom though tiny was supplied with shampoo and conditioner. We did not use the upstairs room. The living room and front dining room were huge and quite lovely if you wanted to have friends to spend the evening with. We had dinner every night in McMinnville which was less than 15 minutes away. Wineries were within 30 minutes of the cottage. Highly recommend!"

"Rustic adventure at its finest! Unquestionably the single best host I have ever encountered. Wonderful communication and available at a whim. It’s a great location and perfect for a single traveller. Very quiet and peaceful. You do need to read carefully as the tv is for videos only and there is no internet service. My cell service was not great so it was a bit of an issue but overall not a big deal. A bunkhouse is what a bunkhouse is. Just know that. Take a yoga mat and enjoy the natural surroundings. Anything else you need is less than a five minute drive. Will not hesitate to stay with Angela again!!"

"Just finished my second stay at the Gate House. The reason why I returned is because the place is amazing and has everything you could possibly want in a vacation rental.The photos on VRBO look good, but when I saw the place in person, I was totally blown away by how beautiful, peaceful and picturesque it really is. The house is superbly decorated and has everything you could ask for. From the big TV and leather couches in the downstairs living room to possibly the most comfortable beds you could wish to sleep in - I cannot explain just how much I loved staying here. The kitchen is really well equipped and had everything we needed. I loved waking up in the morning and making some coffee while looking out the windows at the picture postcard vineyard views. We also loved the outdoor space at the back. It was perfect for a relaxed sunny afternoon or evening enjoying some food from the grill and a glass of wine.The house is really well looked after, and every room was so clean when we arrived - absolutely spotless!Krista was a wonderful host. She made the arrival process super easy and was always available to answer any questions we had via the VRBO App.Thank you Krista! We will 100% be returning for another stay!"
