"There were no staff when I have arrived and no one was picking up the calls to assist. I had to book another room late night and have to drive another hour to reach that hotel."

"We arrived early to our rental (didn't even think about a time change), we actually met the cleaning lady (very nice and friendly) just leaving. She told us to let Bill know we were there early, which we did, Bill is very prompt with messages. We were very much impressed with this cabin, very clean, spacious and very nicely decorated.Comfy beds and pillows, everything you need for your stay except your groceries. Love that we had a washer and dryer, no need to overpack. The firepit was nice, didn't get a chance to use the swing on the wrap-around deck, we were too busy chasing waterfalls. We did sit out on the front porch every morning with our coffees, and at night listening for the whippoorwill and also hearing the water feature so peaceful and quiet.Did manage to take the trail out the back door to the Overlook deck, we ran out of time to sit out there with the nice propane fire pit table. It's a bit of a hike, but take your time, it's beautiful! There's also a composting outhouse out there if needed!All in all this is the perfect rental for 2 or 4 people. The first bedroom has the ensuite with a really nice shower, the other bathroom is in the hall with the tub (hand held shower head) is a great place to soak after a long hike!"

"The bathtub did not drain. There was no soap provided, so bring your own. The furniture was stained. The mattress needed to be replaced. There was a chicken coop right outside the window. The rooster started making noise at 5 am which went on for a least 2 hours."

"Everything was as advertised. It was very clean. The rooms were tidy and organized. My friends and I had zero problems with anything. We had an amazing time. Went fishing on the canoe and caught lots of fish. Explored the entire lake. Watched a couple movies, did a campfire, listened to great music and played pool. 100/10 just absolutely wonderful. The host was fantastic and explained in detail the ground rules of the house. "

"Very clean! The check in and check out process was seamless. Beautiful location and close enough to restaurants and things to do if you choose to do some sightseeing during your stay.
