  • This lovely house emanates an exceptional charm thanks to the fascinating personal decoration from the owners. You will enjoy not only the comfort of the house but also the peace and nature around..

    From the terrace, you will live true dreamy moments having scenery from the garden, mountains, and a fresh sea breeze.
    The space is quite functional having an immediate connection from the fully equipped kitchen to the large terrace, making it a perfect place for holidays and outside living.
    The one bedroom is at the end of the corridor having the modern bathroom next to it.
    On the other side of the bathroom is the master bedroom, a huge sleeping room that can be entered also from outside. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
    A washing machine, iron, and off course ironing board can be found in the house.

We had a wonderful time in Kokkinos Pyrgos. The accomodation is very nice and offers everything you need to relax. Communication with our host was very pleasant and well organized. There are numerous other places to visit in the surrounding area.

Relaxing in Crete

Perfect host, perfect location , perfect holiday get away . Stayed a week and it felt so relaxing straight away. Great base for exploring surroundings villages etc but lovely and secluded area to come back to. Beach just a short walk away , edged with lovely tavernas , very friendly staff who will even serve you on the beach as you relax on the sunbeds! (Bonus no charge for sunbed and brolly set!) Highly recommend short drive to Matala and Agia Galini ..both fantastic . Brave the drive through Tymbaki that is slightly scary but also slightly amusing , to nearby supermarket for everything you could need ..great kebabs etc that were amazing on the BBQ . Would definitely go back .

Wir haben einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht! Das freistehende Haus und natürlich vor allem der nicht einsehbare Garten mit der großen, überdachten Terrasse bietet alles, was man zur Entspannung braucht: Ruhe, Privatsphäre und Gemütlichkeit. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Die Gastgeberin Nadine war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen! Zum Strand sind es nur ca. 300m. Dort gibt es eine lange Promenade mit vielen guten Restaurants. Die Liegen mit Schirm sind kostenlos, wenn man in den Lokalen etwas bestellt. Ein kleiner Laden, in welchem man das Nötigste einkaufen kann ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem rundum gelungen!

La maison est parfaite pour le repos et la détente. La plage et les restaurants sont à 2 minutes à pied. L'accueil de Nadine a été chaleureux et elle a été aux petits soins tout au long du séjour en nous conseillant des fêtes et animations locales.

Pfingstaufenthalt

DiemFerienwohnung war sehr schön, geräumig und großzügig. Drumherum ein großer Garten mit alten, Schatten spendenden Bäumen und Kräutern und Gewürzen. Das Öl, die LikörVersucher und das Obst und Nüsse, fanden wir sehr einladend. Auch die Vermieterin Nadine war jeder Zeit erreichbar . Die 'wenigen Schritte zum Strand' waren über eine Hauptstraße hinweg, durch einige Häuser hindurch, über die Strandpromenade und dann ist man beim Kiessandstrand. Das Meer war herrlich und im Mai war man oft fast allein am Strand. Der Ort war zu unserer Zeit auch nicht so einladend, aber man kann sehr viel unternehmen an Besichtigungen. Man sollte unbedingt Mückenzeug mitnehmen, da unsere gemütlichen Abende auf der Lounge meist nur von kurzer Dauer waren, da uns die Mücken sehr mochten. Beschreibung der Wohnung sehr real. Wir würden wieder kommen ! Vielen Dank!!

Stressfreier Urlaub

Es war ein rundum ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub zum Stressabbauen. Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants nur um die Ecke, trotzdem bekommt man im Garten davon nichts mit. Im Haus und Garten ist alles außerordentlich intakt. Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit in allen Bereichen. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.

Merveilleux séjour

Cette maison nous a permis de passer une très belle semaine. Elle est jolie, au calme et reposante : un jardin entretenu, une immense terrasse de plein pied avec une cuisine extérieure, ... un cadre qui permet le repos entre deux visites et les plages. Une grande plage à côté, à deux pas de la maison, qui est une plage familiale. Les enfants peuvent s'y baigner et s'y amuser en toute tranquillité. L'accueil de Nadine était très chaleureux, et nous la remercions pour cela. Et Kokinos pirgos est très bien placée pour les visites aux alentours, qu'il s'agisse de sites à visiter ou de plages. Nous y retournerions volontiers.

Ein kleines Paradis:)

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen und entsprach in allen Details den Angaben und Fotos der Anzeige! Die Ausstattung ist super und die Terrasse und Garten sehr schön mit diversen Blumen und Kräutern im Beet und Zitronenbäumen im Garten. Die Abkühlung im Meer ist nah und ein kleiner Supermarkt ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ansonsten gibt es weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die nur mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Die freundliche Begrüßung und tolle Begleitung durch die Vermieterin Nadine war einfach toll und die Tipps für Ausflüge (wir empfehlen sehr den Bootsausflug zur Insel Paxi Madi) sehr hilfreich. Wir sagen nochmals ganz lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit und die leckeren Geschenke und kommen SEHR gerne wieder!

Ideales Feriendomizil

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen! Dazu beigetragen hat dieses schöne, für 2 Personen sehr geräumige, Haus! Da wir gerne ausführlich frühstücken und auch mal gerne kochen, waren wir glücklich und sehr zufrieden mit der Küche und all den Utensilien, die wir vorgefunden haben! Die überdachte Terrasse ist fantastisch, der große Baum (laut Pflanzenbestimmung ein chinesischer Feigenbaum, allerdings ohne leckere griechische Feigen) ist Goldes wert. Er schenkt immer Schatten und Vogelkonzerte! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Nadine ist eine freundliche, aufmerksame, aber nie aufdringliche "Urlaubsbegleiterin" für Fragen jeglicher Art. Ganz vielen Dank dafür, Nadine! Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir einige kulinarische Willkommensgeschenke vor, so zuvorkommend! Wunderbar, den schönen Strand in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen zu können, dennoch haben wir viele andere traumhafte Strände erkundet! Ein Ort zum Wiederkommen und Empfehlen! Kokkinos Pyrgos ist in unseren Augen nicht unbedingt der Ort, der von viele Tourist*innen besucht wird, die urlaubenden Griech*innen jedoch scheinen ihn wertzuschätzen! Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Das Haus hat alles versprochen, was es gehalten hat. Gute Lage (abseits von den Touristen). Im richtigen Ort. Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet. Es war wirklich alles da! Die Lage war, wie beschrieben wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Sehr gute Betreuung (Danke: Nadine). Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Großes Haus in guter Lage

Eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die uns mit Obst und Gemüse versorgt und eine Besichtigung in einer Olivenölmühle organisiert hat. Die Lage des Objekts ist ideal für Ausflüge ans Meer und für Wanderungen in den Bergen.

Wir kommen wieder

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Nadine ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und immer hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Das Haus ist relativ zentral gelegen und doch hat man keine direkten Nachbarn, da die meisten umliegenden Häuser entweder leer oder nicht fertig gebaut sind. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und schwer einsehbar. Das Haus wird von der Familie im Winter selbst bewohnt, somit sind alle Utensilien, insbesondere für Bad und Küche, vorhanden. Sehr schön war die überdachte Terrasse. Bei über z.B.30 Grad oder Sturm kann man es dort gut aushalten und relaxen. Deutsches Fernsehen konnten wir nicht sehen. (war uns letztlich aber egal) Es sind einmal über die Hauptstraße nur 3-5 min. Gehweg zum Strand. Gleiches gilt für den Weg zum kleinen Supermarkt. Wir waren Alles in Allem sehr zufrieden und haben das Haus gleich wieder gebucht.

Schöne Terrasse und großer Garten

Das Haus liegt wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Ein Supermarkt ist auch in fußläufiger Nähe. trotzdem ist das Haus in ruhiger Lage. Die schöne Terrasse und der große Garten haben uns besonders gefallen.

Fernab vom Massentourismus

Tolles geräumiges Haus, super Küchenausstattung. Macht den Eindruck, als würden die Besitzer das Haus auch selber mal nutzen. Nicht so lieblos, wie andere reine Ferienhäuser. Sonst kaufen wir immer Kühlakkus und lassen sie da, in diesem Haus waren welche vorhanden :-) In der Nähe ein toller Strand auch für Kinder geeignet. Kaum Touristen und nie überfüllt. Betreuung vor Ort war auch super. Die Stadt Tymbaki ist in unter 5 min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Hier gibt es alles, was man braucht. Großer Supermarkt, Post, Bank, Fisch- und Fleischhändler usw.
