Στο ισόγειο βρίσκονται κουζίνα τζακι τραπεζαρια σαλονι με καναπέ κρεββατι και βεράντα.. στο πάνω οροφο βρίσκονται 1 υπνοδωματιο 1 μπανιο 2 μικρά μπαλκονια με θέα στο χωριό και 1 μεγαλο μπαλκονι βεράντα με θέα στη θάλασσα και το χωριό....το σπιτι διαθετει κλιματισμό air-condition,θερμανση, τηλεόραση επιπεδης οθόνης, ψυγειο ,φούρνο,πλυντήριο ρουχων,ουνια για μωρα, στεγνωτηρα μαλλιών,δωρεάν προϊόντα περιποίησης,δωρεάν wi-fi,και δωρεάν χωρο στάθμευσης...  
Το Αrchontiko είναι 50μ. με τα πόδια από τη πλατεία του καμηλαριου οπου γύρω είναι εκκλησία ,παιδικη χαρά ,ταβέρνες ,καφενεια ,σούπερ μάρκετ,φαρμακείο...  
3χ.λ με το αμάξι από τις παραλίες κομμο καλαμάκι αφρατια 7χ.λ από τα Ματαλα και 4χ.λ από αξιοθεατα όπως τη Φαιστο...και 40 χλ από το Ηρακλειο
