  • Create lasting family vacation memories at this beautiful 7 bedroom mountain cabin in Fairplay. Only 5 minutes from town and just over half hour from Breckenridge, enjoy the serene 10-acre property with plenty of room and thoughtful space for your family reunion, church retreat, or ski vacation. Enjoy a walk around the forested property and warm up in the cozy hot tub after an epic powder day over the pass in Breck!

    Just added Starlink so we now have reliable high speed internet!

    Plenty of parking on property with large circle drive and room for multiple cars and even trailers.

    Easy access as this home is close to the main roads and doesn't require any steep hills or drives for access. 4x4 recommended in winter as the dirt road can get a bit icy.

    The charming town of Fairplay is just a few minutes away where you can stock up on groceries at Prather's Market, check out the great brewery or distillery, or enjoy dinner out.
