Had an amazing stay at my very first Tiny Home! It had everything I needed, great communication with the host, clean and tidy, everything worked, and just an absolutely perfect log cabin feel inside. Then I went and climbed Mt Democrat after a restful and cozy nights sleep. Thanks and I hope to be back again sometime!

This place is small, but it is laid out very well. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kids enjoyed having a TV in the loft that they could watch, and we also used the TV in the bedroom. There is a second cushion "bed" in the loft and a small love seat instead of the kitchen table. Great host!

The tiny house had everything. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, measuring cups, cookie sheets, pots, pans, coffee maker, coffee, and filters. Communication was fantastic. The loft bed was very comfy, if you can get up there. I'm under 5 feet, but I'm not sure someone much taller could get there very easily. The main bedroom had an egg carton topper, which I know some people like. There's an outdoor table and chairs where you can look at the mountains or up at the stars. There is not much light pollution around. I would stay there again.

Great mountain get-away

Fairplay is a great mountain town and this location is perfect to enjoy the coffee/winery/restaurants and explore the town- nice and cozy too! The kids absolutely loved the loft

This tiny house was a great spot to use as a home base while we spent time in the high country. The kitchen had everything we needed, the heat was plentiful, the beds were comfortable with many pillows, which made it a nice, cozy spot after long, busy days!The neighborhood was quiet and the parking spot was big enough for our large pickup truck. Anita, Haley, and Alex were perfect hosts. The communication was cordial, prompt, and we felt very welcomed. They were quick to respond to questions and were very accommodating. AWe hope to stay here again the next time we come up to Fairplay. It was a wonderful experience all around. Highly recommended!

Cool tiny house

Always wanted to stay in a tiny house and this didnt disapoint. Was quite spacious and had everything one needs. The bedroom in the loft requires one to crawl over but since there was a bed on the ground level, i never bothered to use it. The area itself was a nice combination of other tiny homes and campground like facilities. Its about a mile from Front Street where theres a few decent restaurants and bars. Highly recommend the distillery. Only recommendation id make for the host is a hook near the shower so one can hang a towel. Stay was great. Only about 30 min to Breck and Buena Vista if want to check out some bigger towns

It’s an RV with lots of undisclosed Rules

Pros- Fluffy clean towels, basic spices plus oil, coffee and filters, a couple snacks, decent bedding, propane grill Cons- It’s a camper covered in pine. It is bouncy. The entire place shakes when the washing machine is on. The layout is not comfortable . No sofa and barely enough room for the little wood chairs. Lots of signs telling you to “do the dishes”, “no food or drink on the loft” (Where are you suppose to relax with a snack?). And the absolute worse is the RV toilet and it’s accompanied sign telling you how to flush and if you don’t do it correctly you will be charged $250!
