"Room was clean, staffs were helpful, love their pool, spacious parking, so far of all hotels we've been to their breakfast is my top. Love that they still have the microwave which lots of leading hotels remove from their rooms. Our first experience was great, but probably due to spring break the second time was not, kids were extremely loud at the hallway running, screaming and so on (up until 2am then 4am until we checkout. Their main elevator was making weird, freaky sounds, some washer and dryer (they have multiple) doesn't seem to work fine (they don't fill enough water as in some clothes didn't even got wet at all), I also used 2 different dryers as the first one doesn't seems to do the job well (might need some cleaning maintenance or whatever), no hot tub. But other than that I like it. We will definitely consider this place to stay in again when we get back in the area."

"The staff was very nice and I did lick you were able to make your own breakfast sandwich .One of the only things I didn't like was kids in the breakfast are without adult supervision."

"Checking in at early morning hours is a joke. They lock you outside and talk to you on a phone only to tell you they can’t find your itinerary number which is on your receipt they can’t find it in their system. Makes you wait outside at 2am until you find the 2nd receipt number only for you to have to call them again on the phone and be told she’s pumping for her “kid” in the NICU and you’re going to have to wait some more. Lady sounded like she was heavily intoxicated and in the clouds somewhere and that’s being nicely said. After that weird check in process no issues but would not recommend and I definitely will not be spending another $230 let alone $1 there again. "

"We had a great stay, yes, the presidential suite is maybe a bit dated -BUT- that took nothing away from the stay itself. The staff we interacted with were friendly. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again. "

"There was a kitchenette in our unit but no dishes were provided. The countertop was in rough shape, didn't feel it was very sanitary to prepare food on. There were no blankets and 3 pillows, I asked for more and was told they didn't have any. We couldn't get heat only cold air. The hallways were smokey from cigarette/pot. There were several people hanging out in the hall. The bathtub faucet was loose and had a hard time turning on the water. The counter in the bathroom was in poor condition. We had a difficult time connecting with staff at the front office"
