"Checking in at early morning hours is a joke. They lock you outside and talk to you on a phone only to tell you they can’t find your itinerary number which is on your receipt they can’t find it in their system. Makes you wait outside at 2am until you find the 2nd receipt number only for you to have to call them again on the phone and be told she’s pumping for her “kid” in the NICU and you’re going to have to wait some more. Lady sounded like she was heavily intoxicated and in the clouds somewhere and that’s being nicely said. After that weird check in process no issues but would not recommend and I definitely will not be spending another $230 let alone $1 there again. "

"We had a great stay, yes, the presidential suite is maybe a bit dated -BUT- that took nothing away from the stay itself. The staff we interacted with were friendly. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again. "

"There was a kitchenette in our unit but no dishes were provided. The countertop was in rough shape, didn't feel it was very sanitary to prepare food on. There were no blankets and 3 pillows, I asked for more and was told they didn't have any. We couldn't get heat only cold air. The hallways were smokey from cigarette/pot. There were several people hanging out in the hall. The bathtub faucet was loose and had a hard time turning on the water. The counter in the bathroom was in poor condition. We had a difficult time connecting with staff at the front office"

"We had a great stay! House was clean, bed comfortable. The host responded back very quickly. House is very modern. Beautiful home."

"This hotel is okay. There are not many breakfast choices. Our toilet’s water pressure could’ve worked better. "

"Several lights and outlets did not work. Not acceptable to only have a desk light available. Likely a tripped breaker and a simple fix, but not at 11 pm when I arrived."
