Nice neighbors The location has close neighbors above and to the sides. Occasionally loud, but very nice people who respect any request to quiet down. Convenient location to anything in Fairbanks. The VRBO advert only showed interior pictures, and none of the exterior or neighborhood. For personal safety reasons, we chose to forfeit our money, as we decided not to stay at this property. It turns out our concerns were right, as there was a shooting that weekend, just walking distance away. As well as a police raid on a suspected drug den. I recommend that any potential travelers do some homework on Street view maps before committing. ##### Durand B.
