We had a fantastic room. It was huge and full of history. Beautifully decorated and a comfy four poster bed. However the bathroom plumbing let it down. Don't think about using the jacuzzi bath unless you have all evening. It took over half an hour to fill. The toilet also didn't flush away properly.
Before our stay I tried to contact Langtry Manor via Hotels.com, via telephone and by email but got no response from any of thos methods. Eventually I emailed the sister hotel and they replied imediately. The staff at the next door sister hotel were very helpful but ther is no customer service for Langtry Manor.
Breakfast nextdoor was also lovely. Overall a great stay let down by the plumbing and customer service.
