Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Very pathetic entry staff was very unprofessional no mineral water they have given chilled water in open bottle in mid night there was no mineral water even on purchase also Hotels.com should remove this kinds of unprofessional property from there search it would be an desater for an oldage person
