Overall hotel is good. But an incident happened, my wife and daughter were staying and after checkout, she was booking uber for technopark, and the security guard insisted her that the auto standing in front is known to them and it's better to in auto, she believed and asked price and he said don't worry we are local and won't charge more and will be taken according to meter. When they reached he asked 2000 rs. And then argument stared (uber Go it's 300 approx). Then he asked 500 rs and when when given he again started to ask more and put both of them in danger. Panicked she called a auto next to them and when that guy arrived this auto guy ran away. Clearly there is Scam happening and watchman and Hotel have commision for that. Hence for family I won't advise here. Too risky

Room fine, A/C and ceiling fan , TV which you can access Prime and Netflix if you have an account.
Wet room shower with plenty of hot water, some rooms have balconies, so check when booking.Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. Hotel located on the beach, beach is worked by the local fishermen upto about 11:00 most days, very little hassle from beach hawker’s. Four or five restaurants within easy walking, loads more a tuk- tuk away. Mixed nationality guests including Indian . Many guests have been returning for many years , understandable.
