"Fantastic property. Updated amenities. Cozy and quiet. There is a lot to do around it. Bentonville, Buena vista, Eureka springs, beaver lake etc are all within a quick drive. For the price it’s an absolute must stay. We stayed in the winter so we didn’t even get a chance to experience the elk river. "

"This was the perfect stay. Quaint space, about 5 min from RR. This cabin was a tiny space but perfect for what we needed. We spent most of our time on the river but this was a great place that provided us air conditioning for us and our pups as the weather was insanely hot at 100+ each day. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to crash with your pups."

"Great cozy place. Well decorated and it had just about everything I needed. Host was attentive to asks such as extra firewood, and quickly resolved a lock out. While this was a great stay in winter, in summers it would be even better to enjoy the soak tub, the outdoor firepit and marshmallow roasting kit as well as the plethora of stars visible from the home. "The property was nice. I’d definitely say it’s more for to host a couple and not a family. There wasn’t enough couch space to lounge and hang out for our family of 5. Kitchen, living room and master are all up stairs. Stairs are steep so plan to use your muscles to carry everything. Location was beautiful and 10 minutes away from where we floated. Hot tub was broke when we came, that was a bummer. It was clean and rustic. Private location."
