With a fully equipped kitchen as well as seating for six in the dining room, meals can be prepared and enjoyed around the family dining table. The living room features a sofa and two recliners and out the back door is a screened porch with seating. There are two king bedrooms and two baths as well as a queen sleeper sofa ready to accommodate up to six people. One pool is located right behind the condo and just a short walk away is the other pool, hot tub, and playground. Pools are seasonal. Combine this property with the adjoining condo to accommodate larger groups (EastRidge Hideaway VRBO#2061294). Contact owner for rates. Owner also has Home Away #9426721 (Hillside Hideaway), and VRBO #2300943 (Stonebrook Hideaway). There is a ring doorbell located at the front door only that is motion detected and will have the ability to record. The viewable area only includes the sidewalk from the parking to the front door and is only accessible to the owner. We are so glad we found this condo. The location is perfect! We had 4 adults and 2 kids (4 year old and 11 month old) and had plenty of room. The screened in patio overlooks one of the pools. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean when we arrived. No stairs to get to the condo. The host was great, we had reached out about an issue with one of the bedroom tv’s and he had the maintenance guy there immediately and had us up and going in no time. Each king bedroom has its own bathroom. Having two king beds is a big deal to us when traveling, you’d be surprised how many condos do not offer 2 king beds. We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo. We loved the screened in area and that it was a walk-on unit. This was helpful when traveling with a toddler. The condo was great - very comfortable. In fact, I regret we were not in it enough to fully enjoy all its amenities. The whole stay was perfect. Check in was easy. Condo was spotless, well furnished, compfy beds and pillows, nice pool, and a quiet community. The condo is close to the strip, but far enough away it is quiet. Jason was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Check out was easy as well! The condo is in a very nice complex, well maintained. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. I liked the little things like charging stations in the bedrooms and power strips throughout. The furniture was comfortable, it was nicely decorated, but not overdone. We enjoyed the pool directly behind the building. We had everything we needed and felt right at home!
