The location was great because it was walking distance to a lot of places (including a playground for the kids, but also many of the best restaurants) within one mile of the stay. Everything was as promised with exception of private beach. There is none in everglades city. Roberto is very nice and responsive. It would be helpful to stress that all dogs must be leashed at all times and to report it if not. Although it was quiet and the inside was clean and nicely decorated, the grounds need some work. The living room area needs more lighting near the sofa. The location is great with several good restaurants within walking distance. Great host! We had an transformer blow out on the street, leaving all of the units without power.
