"Citizen M doesn’t just have the the comfiest airport hotel beds I know, they have the comfiest hotel beds full stop! I always have such a deep sleep when I stay here. Staff couldn’t be any more helpful or friendly too!"

"This is a great hotel to stay in if you need a hotel close to the airport. The rooms are a little different but we actually didn’t mind the bed tucked into the window or the configuration of the shower and toilet. Plus, there are funny sayings on things. We had flown in from Italy in the afternoon and had a flight back to the US the following day. We had a great breakfast before heading to the airport. We would stay here again. "

"Beautiful, MODERN hotel in the middle of Copenhagen. Very close to main shopping street and Tivoli Gardens. GREAT staff...women at front desk were amazing. (I was the one who came in and registered with a "shopping cart.") Great buffet breakfast and so many choices for coffee/cafe, free tap and sparkling water for the room. Loved everything about it. "

The facilities are new and well kept BUT the emphasis on technology and design gets in the way of usefulness if two people are sharing the room. 1) IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO TURN ON THE BATHROOM LIGHT WITHOUT TURNING ON ALL OTHER LIGHTS IN THE ROOM.
