Glamping in Europe

"The Edwardian — WOW! First of all, our flight arrived at 6:00 a.m., which meant we got to the hotel extraordinarily early. We were absolutely exhausted. The manager, whose name I’m so sorry to have forgotten, greeted us alongside one of the front desk staff members, Joseph, who kindly got us checked in as early as 8:00 a.m. From the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel, the incredible scents throughout, the comfort of the room, the relaxing spa and the delicious food, everything was outstanding. Everyone was so attentive and genuinely made us feel right at home. This was our first time in Manchester, but it certainly will not be our last. Needless to say, The Edwardian will absolutely be our home every time we visit. Thank you for such an amazing stay. We truly cannot wait to return!! 20/10!!!"

"Room was dirty and too hot. The breakfast area was also very dirty and the hot food buffet was hard and cold. I would never stay again. "

"Rooms were great, staff was very friendly and helpful! The filtered water was a great add-on in addition to the lounge for a bit of time to wind down before bed! The area is perfect, VERY close to various routes on the tube, busy with people yet safe during day and night! Definitely stay again!"

"A complete disappointment! Super slow check-in and waiting for a long time while the receptionist was mingling with other guests at the counter. Room service food an absolute disaster. Like from a low grade cantina. I ordered twice and both time food arrived cold and completely underwhelming. Breakfast had a long line to wait to be seated while the staff took their time. Food selection at the breakfast very-very poor quality and super basic. Table was tilted, used sugar packages in the sugar container. Just horribly low quality throughout!! Gym very ugly looking, not maintained and cleaning buckets lying around. Just super poor place! I do not recommend at all."
