"This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room. The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "

"We absolutely loved it here. The location is perfect right in the heart of the old part of the city and walkable. The train station is only a 10 min walk to the hotel. The hotel itself is so clean and the staff was awesome, helping us with every thing from laundry, to what to do and helping us navigate trains. The room was beyond my expectations. So beautiful, spacious and clean. We loved the terrace connected to our room and spent mornings there. If I ever come back I will definitely stay here again! Thank you for an unforgettable trip! "
