"We were able to check in a little early which was a huge help! When we got to our room the smoke detector was chirping. I called the front desk and they had maintenance at our door in less than 5 minutes to replace the batteries. After swimming my husband went to get a few more towels. They explained that many other guests had been by to get towels and they were out at the desk but someone would bring us some. Less than 10 minutes and someone was at our door with more than enough towels. The front desk clerks helped up to figure out the trolley process to make it downtown for shopping. We have stayed here twice now and will continue to return!! They are so accommodating and care about their guests! "

"Very quirky, cool, old style motel...very Eureka Springs. The staff was great, the bar was fun and had great food. The rooms would be much better if they didn't have carpet in them, it made the rooms a little musty Overall I would stay there again."
