The location is perfect, it's close to two of the best places to eat in Eureka Springs! Very nice staff and we enjoyed the brochures left in the room to help decide which spots to visit first! Very happy with our stay. Thank you, The Bennett's

The rooms were neat and clean. The size of our room was perfect fit for our party of 5. The location was great for us to walk to multiple places. The bed for me was extremely firm. Definitely a great place to stay.

There's a trolly stop right there and you can buy a ticket at the desk. The room was really quiet even though the street is right outside. I recommend getting a first floor room. The stairs up to the second floor are pretty steep and a little scary if you're older or have any hip or knee problems. It's very nice and economical, good location, with 4 restaurants in walking distance.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Eureka Springs! It had everything we needed and was only 5 minutes away from everywhere we went with lots of food options either in a short walking distance or a short drive. Staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. The room was spotless when we walked in and the air conditioning was blasting when we walked in which made for a happy couple after being in the heat. Parking was super easy to navigate and lots of open spots. Pool was huge and very clean as well! 10/10 and will be coming back for future visits down here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return! This is a modest, family-run hotel that may not be fancy, but it’s clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and filled with genuine hospitality. Sometimes that’s exactly what makes a place special! The rooms have everything you need, including a coffee maker with supplies, mini fridge, and microwave. They also offer a light breakfast in the office every morning, which was a wonderful convenience before heading out to explore. The location is fantastic! You’re close to everything Eureka Springs has to offer, and there’s a trolley stop right by the hotel for easy access to historic downtown. Not having to navigate those winding streets or find parking is a huge bonus! The staff is incredibly friendly, and you can tell the owners genuinely care about their guests. And then there’s Buddy, their absolutely adorable dog, who might just be the best employee on the property! Buddy alone deserves five stars! Sometimes you don’t need luxury accommodations or fancy extras. A clean room, thoughtful conveniences, a great location, and kind people can make a getaway just as memorable. We left with wonderful memories and a real appreciation for the warm hospitality. It’s the kind of place that reminds you that genuine kindness is worth far more than luxury. We’d absolutely stay here again, and we’d look forward to seeing Buddy, too! ❤️

Great place to stay

This was such a great place to stay. The rooms were clean, service was great, perfect location, a bonus was magazines in there room letting us know of local events and attractions. Was very surprised how nice it was for being so low cost.
