"I don't want to take away from this amazing place, but the sign out front says that I can drop my key in the lockbox by the front door. However, I was not able to find the lockbox and ended up leaving my key in my room and called at 8am when they opened to let them know. They were very nice about how I "checked out". Just a little heads up."
"Overall our stay was amazing. I actually took time for me which I seldom do. Special shout out to Dustin he was very accommodating to me and made sure I was very comfortable with getting me to and from the facility with a golf cart they provided if you have mobility issues or difficulty getting up and down stairs. Bed was very comfortable and jacuzzi was very well maintained and I made sure to use this amenity nightly. Pool was fresh and relaxing and salt water was an added bonus. Poolside towels were provided. We will definitely come back and stay again."
"This is definitely a hidden gem in Eureka Springs. Everything from the office staff to the rooms was amazing. The most comfortable hotel beds & pillows you will ever find. The girls recommended us to get on the trolley in front of the hotel #18 instead of trying to drive & find parking downtown & they were so right!!! Saved us so much time & $$. Recommended us their favorite local restaurants. 5 star!!!!!!"
"The property was older than I expected, but it was very clean and the host was available whenever I needed anything. Having the refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room was very convenient. I would definitely stay again."
