This property checked all the boxes for a great stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Free on-site parking was a huge bonus, and it was only a five-minute walk to shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences. The host was extremely responsive and answered my text messages right away, which made the entire experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.10/10!
Property is on Main St at the beginning of the Eureka Springs historic district. If you are a walker, or if you just want to be close to the historic district, this is where you want to stay. The cottage is clean, comfortable, well maintained and filled with the charm that is Eureka. Great living and kitchen area for relaxing, comfortable beds with nice fresh linens, great lighting in the bathroom and big fluffy towels. Nice little touches by the host- there were even new in package toothbrushes in case you forget yours. Fantastic private shaded area out back for relaxing. This host gets 10 stars for being quick to respond to messages!!!
Rustic cottage, with vintage decor. Onsite private parking. Best of all being right downtown from everything. Host was very responsive. Great stay. House stayed cool on 98 degree days.
This location is close to things to do, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with basics, the AC worked well and it was amazingly quiet considering its location. You won't be disappointed.
Very cute property, looks exactly like the pictures. Easy walk to town. Nice amenities including a great little snack basket and full sized bath products. Highly recommended!
Excellent and clean property that has private parking and is walkable to downtown. Has an outdoor sitting area to enjoy and all the amenities travelers would need. Host was pleasant and available for any questions with quick responses. We will definitely stay again and recommend the Sundown Cottage to our friends.
Cottage was so cute, beds very comfortable, water pressure in shower amazing. Walkable to everything we needed. Definitely recommend! We will be back!!
Check in was easy, the place is furnished nicely. The walk to downtown isn’t bad at all considering how hard it is to find parking. Eureka is a place I visit a few times a year, and would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for having us!
The cottage was in a great location! We loved walking downtown for dining and shopping. The cottage was clean, the furniture in the living room and beds were very comfortable. And the concierge service they offered was very helpful. I was celebrating my mother’s 75th birthday and they decorated and accommodated all my request. I highly recommend! Only things to note is when your staying downtown expect car/motorcycle noise at night. And the only way I found to lock the door was to keep the front door locked and go out the back door. Again I would recommend this cottage and look forward to visiting again.
